I was sent to this location to be fitted for a Holter monitor. I was informed by the lady who put the monitor on, that I was to wear it for 24 hours. I was to either take it off at the end of the 24 hours OR , I could return to their office and they would remove it. I returned to Suffolk with the monitor still attached. I was informed by a rude woman, that they DID NOT remove them! She told me " that is why we give You a bag!"
