Poor services, horrible billing department based out of VA beach, so not local. Sent me a bill 3 months after ‘services’ were rendered. I paid it and they sent another bill stating it was past due. Waited on hold 30 minutes to get it handled. The counselor was nice but did not want to work and was inexperienced. Did not know how to provide helpful ‘services,’ although charged me 2 arms and 1 leg for ‘services.’ Told me about resources that I was already aware of. They only care about the money. I just want to apologize to the doctor for blowing him away with my horrible story. I will not be back, at least in person. I no longer expect anything from any human being anymore nor do I want or need anything but to be left alone. If God restored my privacy, I could go on with my duties with a lot less pain.
I really enjoy Dr. Matthew Patrilli for all the years I have been going to him and how helpful he has been with my mental health. As well as Amber at the front who helps me with my messages when I have questions.
