I have never had worse customer service or treatment from anyone. I inquired about pricing via email and I guess the inside sales lady (Whitney S****) assumed I agreed to services. Needless to say she sent someone out to service our property without any type of agreement or confirmation of one. Way to many chiefs and not enough workers. Ruined our lawn by not getting the irrigation up and running after numerous calls to them to do so. They were mowing dead grass for months until we returned home and saw it. There are a lot of landscaping companies to call, your neighbors kid could do a better job. Oh, their pest control was good...LOL!
If there was an option for zero star reviews, I would have chosen it. This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with!... Please do NOT use their services or you will absolutely regret it... Had a leak in our sprinkler system and called these guys out to evaluate the problem. After reviewing the problem, they quoted us $285 to fix, of which $75 was labor and $210 was parts (See attached image of problem, invoice). $210 for sprinkler parts seemed high and we asked him about it. He confirmed that the parts had to be ‘special ordered’ and that only $75 of the quote was labor. Seemed unreasonably expensive, so I passed on the repair. Salesman was very pushy, started checking all kinds of services with an outrageous price, would not listen when I told him what I wanted, after a time of arguing with him I got the service I wanted. They do not show up when promised, did not call ahead as promised, can't see any results. I will not use them again now will I recommend them. Big business at its best, stick with the local guy and keep your money locally.
Negative: Stay away from this company! They bought out a company I used in the past and just assumed I wanted to use their service even though they never got approval or provided me with a contract of service and price. They treated my lawn without my approval and even though I contacted them to say I wasn't paying they turned around and did the same thing again! When I told them that I didn't sign up for their service they told me that it's their policy to automatically re-sign customers every year, WITHOUT THEIR APPROVAL!!... read more
Senske lawn services – Be cautious when requesting a BID for proposed lawn service, subject to approval. Make sure all are on the same page. Such requests are apparently easy to interpret is as a request for services and result in unwanted, unexpected services and an unexpected bill.
Best lawn on the street Agree with other reviewer that Senske is more expensive but in my opinion you get what you pay. My neighbors use the competition to mow and treat. They save about $5 on the fertilization treatment and then complain because our lawn ALWAYS looks better (and we do our own mowing). It is the first to green up in the Spring and the last to be dorment in the winter... Been a happy customer for 6 years and counting!!! I would rather mow a green lawn then pay for someone to mow a brown lawn for me..
Great Service - A little pricey The folks at Senske do high quality work, and they comman premium prices for their services. So, if it is a bargain you want, go somewhere else. But, if it is high value for your money then Senske is the place to go.
