My first time here as an emergency appointment. I was impressed with the bright and immaculate waiting area. Receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant. I was quickly taken to exam room. The dental assistant, was so nice and kind. The dentist was great! They both calmed my fears and I felt that I was in good hands. My procedure went well. The staff were welcoming and professional. I was pleased with the services I received.
Have to change my review after my second visit to this location. Went here originally to fix a filling that had cracked. That appointment went great, the tooth was fixed and I was satisfied. I had made an appointment for an exam and cleaning which did not go so well. At the end of the appointment I'm told I have 18 cavaties and a treatment plan in excess of 10k. I was shocked.
