We had an outage with our HVAC system. No air in this heat! The team of two were great, and we appreciate Hayden and Shawn’s quick analysis and solution. Thanks to both of you!
We had some issues with the AC in a newly built home. One issue was hiding another, that issue was hiding another, etc. so it took a few visits for all the problems to be revealed. But they were here on time whenever we needed them, even at six pm on July 3rd. At every step they explained what was happening and what needed to be done. Very happy with their service.
The guys Comfort Installer Adam Crump and General Manager Shawn Serrett were fantastic! They were able to quickly identify and fix the problem and verified that the system was working as expected! We will highly recommend them to both neighbors and friends. We can’t thank them enough for the efficient work repair! 5 Stars For Sure!!!
