I emailed the company to let them know before writing a public comment but they didn’t respond. Email - I was walking in the old north neighbourhood of London (Maitland st) and one of your work vehicles is completely blocking the sidewalk. I am with my daughter in a stroller and we had to go onto the road because of this. The men outside said they were told to park there however this removes accessible access on our sidewalk.
Could not be happier with the job Simon and Alan did for us - complete bathroom reno w/ tear-out and moving plumbing, electrical, etc. They go above and beyond, and are really nice to chat with and have around the house, as were all of the sub-contractors (plumbers, tilers) who came in as well. I higly recommend Sensibuild, especially for a major reno like ours where you're investing a lot of $$ and it can seem scary to have to book someone and just hope for the best. You won't find better than Simon and Al.
Simon and Alan were courteous and helpful the whole time they were working on our project (installing a new bathtub and tiling the surround, as well as updating light fixtures, installing a fan and moving an outlet). They knew the timeline really mattered to us and ensured everything was done on time even when it meant driving to Toronto to pick up an errant bathtub that had been delivered to the wrong place.
