We loved working with Sensible Speech. Everyone within the company was helpful in our son's speech progression. They got him in quickly and helped us work through a tongue tie procedure. He loved going there and our speech pathologist was great with him.
We were going there for 3 years weekly, went thru 3 therapists and our last therapist resigned and we were dropped from therapy. Front counter ladies, Elizabeth, Makela are wonderful. Can not say i recommend any longer as it truly appears all about the money. We will be looking another speech therapy clinic.
I was told it’d take 1-2 weeks to get his evaluation back so my son could get scheduled but it took over a month. The speech therapists are always cancelling because they’re sick. He got a new speech therapist and she quit so I was told he’d have to go back on the waitlist. This place is just a waste of time and i’d recommend trying a different place.
Elizabeth the representative at this place 06.10.2024 Just got off the phone with her she said she wasn't going to deal with arguing with somebody over the phone in regards to my son being turned away cuz he was 15 minutes late apparently there's only a 10 minute grace. I didn't have time to call as I had to go to the toilet and my husband couldn't call as he was dealing with car trouble and trying to get out there. Normally we call when we are running late.
