My email actually stated that since I was selling the property and they would no longer make money, they were not interested in assisting me to follow the correct path of notification to enter my own property. When I refused to accept his answers and "suggestions to wait", he gave me a 30 day cancellation and then cancelled the contract effective immediately when I reported a complaint. RUN AWAY!!
The nastiest people I have ever rented from. The owner and his employees are all the same. I wrote a review on Google about my experience and the owner call me and threatened me if I did not take it down he was not going to renew my lease. He sent me a letter saying when my lease was over I had to move out. I should have kept my Google review but at the time I needed that address for my child school zone.
