I originally gave a 2 star review because of improper handling of my son's appointments and maybe a misunderstanding of something that happened at his OT evaluation, but after discussing the situation with Mrs. Kelly I am retracting that review. She was very kind and i felt she was legitimately concerned about what happened and willing to take action for it.
