A very inviting office The staff is upbeat, cheerful and helpful. Laura the audiologist has aa amazing manner and personality. Very patient and helpful. She answered all of my questions with absolutely no pressure. A bonus is they pay for your parking. I highly recommend Sense of Hearing in Welland

My husband chose to go to Sense of Hearing for his hearing needs recently and was very happy he did. The staff is just amazing. So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Don is so happy! He can hear so much better. Any questions or concerns he calls and they assist right away. Highly recommend them for anyone with hearing issues! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely horrible interaction with lady on the phone. Did not listen to anything I said, and then made a rude comment about me not knowing if I had something wrong with my hearing because I am not a doctor. Apparently only a doctor can tell you to make an appointment. I can only assume she was trying to sell me things I did not need and got frustrated once I was firm. Worth driving to another city.
All the wonderful ladies that work there go above and beyond. They are so informative.
