Do not see Norman Mele. He is very rude and impatient with kids, especially if they’re non-verbal. Found another audiologist to help my son.
My 100 year old mom just had her hearing aid equipment checked and updated..in her own seniors residence, compliments of Anne who completed a thorough and effective check of all the intricate parts to her hearing aid system. I can't thank them enough for going out of their way to accommodate and assist my mom, and to take the extra time and care in doing so. Exceptional service and knowledge! Thank you so much!

Sense of Hearing on Appelby Line in Burlington are fantastic. Very professional, informative and genuinely care about their clients. I’m a 70 year old female who had been putting off getting hearing aids for a while. I think I was embarrassed by my loss of hearing. All the staff at sense of Hearing were great. They were patient and explained everything very thoroughly. Please don’t risk losing your hearing, call them today and arrange an appointment to get your hearing checked, you won’t regret it.
Disappointed with Inconsistent Pricing, Disrespectful Staff, and Manipulative Customer Treatment!!! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received at this clinic. I’ve visited three times now, and the last time has been worst. The staff—particularly Marianne (dark hair, glasses, sits on the left)—has shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity.
