We had a wonderful experience with Ms Emma - our son looked forward to every appointment. She was incredibly helpful, explaining what she did with him every day and how we could help at home. We continue to work with Ms Bethany, who is equally as wonderful, and are noticing small changes every day. The tools we have learned are invaluable and we would recommend Sensational Steps to anyone.
Emma has been an incredible support and is an absolute gem of an OT! Her expertise, patience, and genuine care have made a world of difference for my daughter, who calls Emma her very best friend. Emma was wonderful to work with! She was incredibly patient, provided great feedback and actions we could do at home, and we felt she really cared about how our son was progressing.

Miss Emma is such an amazing person and Occupational Therapist! My daughter absolutely adored Miss Emma and was always so happy to go to OT Miss Emma helped my daughter to gain more confidence in herself and was so encouraging if my daughter was nervous about trying something new. She was also so helpful in giving me ideas of activities to do at home to help in her growth. We love Miss Emma and couldn't think of a more deserving person
