This has been a truly frustrating experience. My brother and I reached out to sensational cleaning solution a few weeks ago at the recommendation of our landlord. Since then they have missed two appointments without any communication. The first time they claimed we weren't on their schedule. The second time they claimed to have called us the previous day with a request to reschedule. We were not able to confirm that with call logs and no voice mail was left. My carpet was old when I moved into this apartment in 2015. Have had regular steam cleaning but none compared to today's cleaning by SCS LLC. Carpet looks brand new! Really nice worker Benjamin and detail oriented, took his time to get every inch. The ladies who answer the phone and emailed me were proficient as well.
