Company is falsifying damage to a carpet from a residence I lived in at Springwater. Even with photo evidence of the carpet they marked damages if heavy foot traffic, along with animal damages to the carpet that was down prior to my residing in the unit which was then cleaned by the same company two years ago. Both this company and rental properties are demonstrating over charging and falsifying damages for financial gain of illegal charging. I have filed a small claims today.
I moved into an apartment and the carpets were not right, you guys blessed me with Marcos and well I got to take a minute and pay him some respect. Rey and the Sensational team are amazing and so great to work with. Use them for housekeeping, carpet cleaning and painting. They do amazing work and I've been working with them for years now. Definitely recommend!! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
This company works with our landlord (Kielo at Grass Valley), we had scheduled a carpet cleaning for today, they never showed up and my wife had to waste all her day waiting for them, not even a call, not even an estimated time (AM or PM at least), just a complete lack of respect for your time.
We had Sensational Cleaning come out to clean our carpets and our couch today, in Vancouver. They did an amazing job and were very easy to work with. We will definitely use their services in the future.
