I will give you one star for coming out quick and the cool looking truck. If you do not know how a complex system works, just be honest. But instead you lied and made up some kind of issue that was not the problem with my ac. You said you would be back shortly... you never called and no showed and now we know why. I know you are not capable of repairing high end ac units, because the next tech told me how to fix it over the phone and didnt charge me.

My hopes were high when my Home warranty company switched our 4 month long work order from Nutec AC to Sensational. Unfortunately nothing happened, they came looked at our condenser unit, said they'd have to call the Warranty company & never came or called back. We called the next day & apparently they had an issue with Liabalilty (according to warranty co]
