I found Sensational air and heating through my home warranty and he came out the same day, within a few hours, and got everything up and running. I was told earlier in the day by a competitor that we were going to need an $11k whole system replacement and started to cry tears of joy when I heard it was already fixed! Thank you so much to sensational air and heating for your prompt and excellent service! I will be recommending you!
Donnie came to our place and did some maintenance for the winter weather that will hopefully be coming soon. He was very communicative and kind! He explained everything very well and even offered other suggestions for the air flow in our house. He wore covers over his shoes and reset everything back to how he found it after running his tests. He wasn't rushed and did a thorough job. We will definitely call Donnie in the future again!
Donny the owner is a great guy who very obviously cares about his clients. He makes sure to use shoe covers when entering the house. He calls before heading to you to make sure you’re able to be there. He is polite friendly and genuinely a good guy. My AC was not working and he fixed it initially and after he left something else in the system crashed and he came back to fix the problem. No complaints in fact he apologized for missing the secondary issue. Thank you Donny and I hope you have a wonderful day always.
