Senor Pepes was the caterer for an event at our farm, Southern Fresh Farms, Friday night. We had not tasted paella before...it was beyond delicious! The freshness of all the abundant ingredients made it perfect! I am afraid if we ever have it from someone else we will be highly disappointed. I certainly hope we will have the honor of your return bookings soon. We will be passing your information along.
