At first, I thought the presentation when we walked in was nice. The place was pretty much empty, and the service started off okay. However, the food took quite a while to come out. When it finally arrived, it was disappointing. The carne asada was overcooked, dry, and barely seasoned. We are very familiar with Senior Frogs and have dined with them on any occasions an over. We went to the Pensacola location on a Thursday evening and there were very few customers. The music was loud and the staff was friendly but only one other table. We placed our order and the food came right out. I had the taco salad and my husband had the fajitas. Honestly I have nothing good to say, because why is there an UNDISCLOSED 20% charge? It doesn’t show on the ticket while paying, you have to ask for a printed receipt to see the 20%, upon what we had already tipped because we didn’t know. Service wasn’t very attentive either. We received the largest beer size with asking what size we wanted , $11 beer, we didn’t want that. Food wasn’t all that, I’m very disappointed for what seems to be a popular place, but we paid an extra $40 for what? We paid $140 for 2 of us. I hope peop... read more

Came here for dinner and was able to sit on the patio. We also brought our dog and had no issues. The service was cool. The food tasted okay but felt overpriced. Sitting by the beach was priceless though. The drinks were okay. I had the salmon and it was cooked okay.

I read the reviews and about the 20% service charge for the tip. We ate here anyway. Food was very good. Our server was great. We had good service. Music way too loud. And I had two little grandchildren with me and the DJ had a drinking contest and some girl pulled up for her shirt. Very uncalled for. Food was good. Service was good. I am a very good tipper, but since they charged me 20% automatic tip on my bill anyway I did not leave additional tip. Management I hope you give the server the tip because if not, you’re cheati... read more
