We broke down on the road and ended up here. They were incredibly detailed and knowledgeable in explaining our transmission issue and explaining our options. They also went out of their way to meet us at their shop after hours so we could grab some things from the car. I lived here or near here, this would be my go to automotive spot.
I cannot recommend Sennott Brothers enough! They helped us out in a bind when our car died on a road trip. Stephen was very knowledgeable and upfront about what might be wrong with the car so we could make some decisions in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond by opening up their shop after hours so we could get everything out of the car after it was towed there. They made what was a very stressful situation easier. I have taken multiple vehicles for many different jobs at Sennott Brothers Auto. Stephen is very knowledgeable and straight forward with his work. I’ve always been very happy with the services he provides whether it’s brakes/rotors, oil changes, engine/transmission work, welding equipment together, exc exc. Great family run establishment that you can always count on. Keep up the good work.

Traveling from Chicago to Springfield when my brake caliper got stuck. Brake heated up to over 500 degrees and would not release. Can't say enough good things about Sennott Brothers Auto. They were obviously busy, but made time at the end of the day to get me back on the road. Great repair and great price. Wonderful to deal with a man of character. Thanks!
