Management team is high level, passionate about meeting the unique needs of seniors, largely emotional support. Became familiar with them before I needed them. Alexandra and Monica were there when I did recently.
What I feel distinguishes and differentiates SHS from others is the owner's dedication and commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect. This philosophy is also reflected in the people she hires. I am fortunate to have a caregiver who I feel is genuinely concerned with my needs and overall well being.
I have been using Seniors Helping Seniors aides as companions and caretakers for my mom for about a year. When I first started using them, although a lot of the caretakers were great, the scheduling was really difficult and inconsistent and communication was difficult with the office. Since Alex Sabe took over a few months ago, she has completely turned things around and communication, scheduling and staffing is seamless. Family care is very important and Alex as owner tailors a unique plan for your loved one. You are not just a number in large company, it is family owned business and she is always available. She has provided A+ service for my mother and would recommend her company to anyone.
The caregivers are very caring and attentive and the manager and owner are very responsive and are happy to help do anything they can to make sure my mother is well taken care of.
