Marie, instead of being honest with me and calling me to tell me that she's going to be a few minutes late she chooses to lie to me and speak to me like I'm some dimwitted ninny who doesn't know how long it takes to get anywhere. And then she canceled my appointment on me. Thank you. My response is that you called to tell me you would be 15 mins late when actually you would be more like 30 to 45 mins late and you chose not to be honest about it. This is the second week making use of this organization, Ms Shawanda Brown has been wonderful with my mother who has dementia. She has cooked, cleaned and has been very good companion for mom during the day. Mom loves to talk and Shawanda has been very patient and caring with my mother. My family is thankful for this organization because it has truly helped us in more ways than one. Thank you so much.
