I just started but everyone in the office, I thought was caring, And the flexibility is not true, within your 90 days, you cannot make a change on your availability, and you must give a 2 week notice to even think about missing. But again, they will say , we work with you (lie). I was terminated because I declined an assignment. The client can change days / hours, but you can't. And there is a person there that's exhausting. "You understand" Just get a good understanding.

These people in Louisville Kentucky are dishonest crooks. They sent someone to clean my apartment with no cleaning utensils or supplies. I did have some supplies, but no utensils. So, I told the young lady that if she did not have any utensils, she was not going to be able to clean my apartment. This company still changed my bank account for a service that was not received. Having worked with three agencies prior to this I was very pleasantly surprised to find that what I thought were empty promises for service and care for my spouse actually materialized with real commitment on the part of SHS. Angie and team have made a point to identify the right fit and address any concerns immediately. It’s a huge relief.

This company works great with Veterans and they LISTEN to what you want and what you need. So they come eight hours twice a week to help with meal preparation and laundry. The other two days they just help do the activities like bathing and dressing. They are always warm and friendly.
