I've been using this home care service for over a year for my mom. I'm incredibly happy with the staff. Everyone I've worked with has been incredibly kind, gentle and patient with my mom and treat her like a best friend. She always has the biggest smile no matter who she's with from the company and I'm so grateful I got so lucky to find Seniors Helping Seniors. What a great concept.

John I. and Seniors Helping Seniors has been a true blessing for my mom and my family. Mom was a bit skeptical about a stranger coming into her house to “watch” her. She felt she didn’t need any help. John I. met with Mom and explained his service so kindly and patiently and asked her what she wanted and needed. My experience with Seniors Helping Seniors has been very positive from the start. Mom didn’t want to admit she needed a little help at first and Seniors Helping Seniors was very understanding and worked with us to gradually help her adjust to the idea. The helper who’s working with mom is wonderful and she’s helped take care of so many things that would have been a lot more complicated for me to try and resolve from a distance without her help. John I., has been instrumental serving the Senior population. He tries to match the senior companion to the senior needing help. With my mom, John has been patient, a good listener and flexible. What I mean by flexible is finding a companion to help mom with ( light housekeeping, food shopping, driving to doctors, stores, keeping her family up to date about moms changing needs), cooking with mom, etc..... Absolutely the most amazing company!! I don’t feel as if I can express my sincere appreciation with words but I will try. I came across this company when I went to visit my mom who is currently living in assisted living and suffers from dementia.
