Michelle and her staff are angels! My 89 year old mom needed to travel from Denver to Chicago alone and Michelle accommodated her the day before Thanksgiving to make sure she got her ticket printed and found the wheelchair attendant to take her to the gate. She was there to greet her when she returned to Denver and got her home safe and sound. This required a lot of communication with my sister in Chicago and me in Denver. She is a true professional!
