I am so very disappointed in this agency. The management is very unprofessional. I made arrangements with them to help with my 91 year old mother 3 days a week. I was promised to have the same individual. That did not happen. I had one woman on a Tuesday, and the next day a different woman showed up at my door at the wrong time! It would have been ok if I had been notified by the management, but that wasn’t the case. Mags and her team were wonderful. I arranged for someone to come in each morning and evening to help my parents. I live out of town and she made it so easy. My parents liked their caregivers and it was a huge sense of relief to know my parents were receiving the care they needed by a professional caregiver.

I highly recommend Seniors First. Mags came and personally prepared a plan for my mom’s care. All of the ladies who came to help were wonderful. Thank you, Suzanne

Senior First was recommended by the State of Florida Guardian website.. they are terrific. I have a 92 Year old retired Veteran whose dementia started declining rapidly . I contacted Mags and she sent a great assistant- Lee to organize my clients day and calmed him down. My client became so calm and pleasant again. The firm helped in getting the VA to approve the benefit for this Veteran . He is now able to stay in his home which he enjoys and can lead a happier life without being moved into an assisted living facility at th... read more
