My family's experience with SB has been amazing . . . everyone is accessible, from executives to aides to in between . . . especially the care my other has received from Sonya-care manager and Sandra and especially Cavine. We hope to get a bonus to Cavine and to keep on Sonya long-term as a CM. They have my mom's trust and affection which is tough . . . we are so grateful to everyone at SB and are blessed to have them as her care agency. Josh Paris

The case managers are a pleasure to work with as they are organized, knowledgeable, and trustworthy unlike another agency I previously used.

I was referred to SeniorBridge by a local law firm. My expectations were not met and I am extremely disappointed.

MOST DISSAPOINTING. TOTAL LETDOWN. NEVER FOLLOWS THROUGH!!!!! Had triple bi-pass surgery and was told I was to receive physical and occupational therapy. Rec'd some physical therapy. The occupational therapist came and said he couldn't do anything until my Dr. Let him. I had Dr. Appointment Friday and he was to come back Fri. Afternoon. When know one came by We'd. I called and was told I was released even though I had a new prescription for occupational therapy. They said I am no longer home bound . I'm not allowed to drive ... read more
