Not very friendly for health care workers. For a place that houses the elderly with dementia that don’t know how to buzz nurses in you have to figure out how to get inside of the building. The staff is unfriendly and will not let you in. Very sad if there is an emergency situation. I would like to add that they turn on the water sprinklers for the grass and don’t care where the water goes. All the water shoots into the entrance and pathway to the entrance. The place is totally gone downhill over the last 3 years New Management company and new staff not maintaining or operating the facility with kindness towards its seniors that live at the building There has been a bed bug infestation for almost 2 years which is still not been rectified That is correct bed bugs which the building is not correctly attempt to exterminate and get rid of the problem Senior management company staff have been keeping it a secret and making the tenants feel fearful to claim they have a problem It is ... read more
We scheduled an appointment to see this facility and we were glad to see that the building is great and very clean on t h e outside area of the building. Once my daughter went inside with her dad, we were greeted by Ms Jailean. She was super great. She gave us a tour of the facility. She answered all if our questions. She's an excellent people person and we were happy to receive her phone call, we she informed us that my daughter's dad got the apartment. Inside this facility is very clean , and a happy atmosphere.
