They called and talked my 91 year old hard of hearing mother into buying an MAPD plan when she is already fully covered under Tricare For Life. She had already been advised by local advisors that adding another plan would be unadvisable. When I contacted *****, they also said this additional plan was unneeded. Now we are having to wait to get her vaccines and medication refills until the unenrollment process with Cigna is completed as Tricare won't cover drugs as long as there is another drug plan on file.

This terrible company uses illegal robo callers and spoofs local numbers to get you to pick up. When you call the numbers back you are literally calling your neighbors because they stole their phone numbers. I finally had the time to play along and after being transferred around to 3 obvious foreigners I finally came to this terrible company. They are the scum of the earth who prey on the elderly
