Meals on Wheels:All of the home delivered meals for the Meals-On-Wheels Program are prepared at our Alton site and approved by a licensed dietician. All meals are delivered Monday through Friday, between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. We do not deliver on holidays, but we will deliver a frozen meal the day before so you still get a meal for the day.If you need meals on the weekend, two frozen meals can be delivered on Fridays.Home-bound seniors age 60 or older may qualify to receive our Meals-On-Wheels service. Wonderful place for yoga and meditation. They have great food.
We go 3-4x's aweek and enjoy exercising there. Then there is the reward of their great cafe. Staff is great, people are friendly and we all are there for our health!
I love this place. Its gym and other exercise rooms are helping me get lean and mean. Well, perhaps I should say lean and heathy. I could never, EVER be mean.; )
Great exercise programs, great personal trainers, senior programs and activities. Good wholesome breakfast and lunches, daily. Civic minded providing Meals on Wheels for seniors and locally grown fresh vegetables for people in need. A fun place for fellowship and meeting people. Best of all, a very clean facility and great coffee! Go there, yo will like it.
