Meals on Wheels:All of the home delivered meals for the Meals-On-Wheels Program are prepared at our Alton site and approved by a licensed dietician. All meals are delivered Monday through Friday, between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. We do not deliver on holidays, but we will deliver a frozen meal the day before so you still get a meal for the day.If you need meals on the weekend, two frozen meals can be delivered on Fridays.Home-bound seniors age 60 or older may qualify to receive our Meals-On-Wheels service. They are very helpful,kind,caring,and above all- trustworthy. They can help you keep your many,many appointments organized. They provide someone to keep council with after the loss of a spouse. Helps you keep your head on straight,as I like to say. That contact can keep people from just giving up and dying. My husband and I appreciated them very much.
I've been a member for over 10 yrs! Great trainers and so many classes to choose from!
