They are very helpful,kind,caring,and above all- trustworthy. They can help you keep your many,many appointments organized. They provide someone to keep council with after the loss of a spouse. Helps you keep your head on straight,as I like to say. That contact can keep people from just giving up and dying. My husband and I appreciated them very much.
I've been a member for over 10 yrs! Great trainers and so many classes to choose from!
