This agency has personal care assistants(pca). They can’t take vital signs and are very limited in their capacity and abilities. They have very few pca’s and the first pca sat on her behind the entire time she was her the first day and the second and last day did the same in my living room playing on her cell phone and sleeping which I have on my camera. I have chosen to have a family member be my caregiver and so, now they’re only sending a pca for 2 1/2 hours instead of the 7 hours. I would not recommend this agency to any... read more
