The Customer Service was excellent. From Susan Tan who worked with me in the purchase of the device and what would work for me. To the CSR who had to make numerous calls to get my device activated, to the CSR who answered the device when I did my test call. As I work in BPO industry I was totally impressed with how your personal provide outstanding customer service. A++++ to all personal who helped me.
I have only just received it today, so I haven’t used it yet. But I tested it and it worked great! I want to thank Nancy for being so patient with me and helping me set it up! I find the pendant to be very touchy too, and have already set it without intending to!
