the wait time was great. registration staff friendly and helpful. now for the esophagram . informed staff of patient condition, explained i would need to stay with patient to instruct to drink barium. was informed to place patient on to exam table and they would provide instructions. i again explained condition ,was told to go to waiting area . in approximal 4 min. i was informed test over . i ask if complete told no he would not drink barium and the test had to be performed in a standing position. patient was not asked to ... read more

I highly recommend Bluegrass Outpatient. The professional staff always greet me with a smile and take time to talk about my issues before we start treatment. I have had back and vertigo problems an and  they have helped me many times. I’m currently working with Lauren and she  is great!

They allow drug addict, HPV INTENTIONALLY SPREADING , creepy pedo to work there. Walker Edwards is a drug addict, creep that knowingly spreaders HPV to a few girls. I reported him and nothing . He tells me how he hates his job , patients and is over it. He hates being called a hero. He’s a druggie. He also went to almost every concert since opening and y’all allowing him around patients. I’m going to the big dogs now and reporting who I reported to.

Only good thing I can say about this place is it's a nice location for a hospital if someone had a good team of Drs. and nurses. But what is there now is an extremely poor excuse for a medical facility.
