I went to this program for several weeks. The very first day I was honest with the therapist about my suicidal ideation and plans and she forced me to tell the group my plans. It felt like public humiliation. The whole program and it's employees reek of fake positivity. I saw Dr. Rhoades for medication management and I spent several weeks begging her to please give me real anxiety medication for my severe episodic anxiety spells and everytime I was told to take more Seroquel, which just made me tired. 10/10 Highly recommend. This program saved my life! It taught me so much about mental health and mental illness. The skills you learn and support you receive are top knotch. If you are at a low point and looking for help, this is the place to be! All the staff are kind and positive. Very safe and relieving atmosphere!
Today was my exit from this wonderful outpatient program. If not for this program I probably wouldn't be here. Terri and Tim are fabulous therapist. It shows by their, caring, compassion, kindness and sense of humor. I now have the tools to help me when my depression or anxiety try to get the best of me.
