This program and the people there are absolutely amazing. I've been seeing them on and off for 5yrs, and they've always been so good to me and everyone else I've seen them encounter. The whole staff is full of the most caring and attentive people, and I couldn't see myself progressing or healing as a person without them.
Make sure you watch the way this place bills you. They will bill your insurance as if you are visiting ER Hospital instead of visiting the Dr. This is over billing their patients. This place is in network for Cigna but they bill you as if it’s out of network. Seems like fraudulent billing. Be very careful and watch the way they bill you very closely. The doctors and therapists are great though.
I went to this program for several weeks. The very first day I was honest with the therapist about my suicidal ideation and plans and she forced me to tell the group my plans. It felt like public humiliation. The whole program and it's employees reek of fake positivity. I saw Dr. Rhoades for medication management and I spent several weeks begging her to please give me real anxiety medication for my severe episodic anxiety spells and everytime I was told to take more Seroquel, which just made me tired.
