If the staff here aren't being snobby and stuck up then they might be yelling at you when you have an actual issue and allow crosstalk when it is permitted. This is better than Winchester Mental Health Center but it's also like ur picking the lesser of two negatives... That place will not teach you much while here you may learn more just at the cost of half of the staff who are nearly unbearable. The lady Shelia that answers the phone is a very rude person..And I missed 3 appointments and was told I would have to wait to see if my provider would consider taking back..
This program and the people there are absolutely amazing. I've been seeing them on and off for 5yrs, and they've always been so good to me and everyone else I've seen them encounter. The whole staff is full of the most caring and attentive people, and I couldn't see myself progressing or healing as a person without them.
Make sure you watch the way this place bills you. They will bill your insurance as if you are visiting ER Hospital instead of visiting the Dr. This is over billing their patients. This place is in network for Cigna but they bill you as if it’s out of network. Seems like fraudulent billing. Be very careful and watch the way they bill you very closely. The doctors and therapists are great though.
