St Elizabeth’s-I am simply in shock at how this place is run. I am a nurse at a hospital in Syracuse and to say this place is dangerously understaffed would be an understatement. I only came here for emergency care, and ended up being admitted. I would never come back. How can you be laying off nurses yet the nurses you still have are drowning in the number of patients they have? It’s a disgrace and I feel sorry for the nurses here. I thought my hospital was understaffed, this place takes the cake.

During this national nurses week. During this year when nurses risk their lives to care for their patients. When hospitals failed them by not providing them the equipment they need to stay safe. How does MVHS thank these Heros. They fire 77 of them. Despicable.

After being told for over 12 hours I was hurting myself, I finally got someone to understand I was in thyroid storm. fatal if not solved. I just had my thyroid removed over 24 hours ago, 12 of that I spent defending myself and dealing with extremely rude nurses and obnoxious doctors that swear you know nothing. I'm over it. I had surgery and had to hunt down my medication because I was told "its not their job." 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼

It is believed there are willing sellers of property on Champlin Ave and Burrstone Road if additional land is needed. There is also an almost completely paid for power plant. Someone arriving from Mars yesterday could see this is where a new once in a life time state of the art hospital could be built most efficiently and effectively. Unfortunately career politicos and their beneficiaries don't have as much common sense and wisdom.

They want to build a Hospital downtown where it is Not Feesable and at the expense of the city! They will waste millions on infrastructure and there won’t be any parking and the location is DUMB! Next to a railroad that transports hazmat and explosives! In a Flood Zone!
