Brian was terrific! I had several questions about the Nova transport chair I was looking at. He answered my questions and assured me that the chair would work in my wife's situation. He answered my questions about the ratings of the chair and told me about the reliability of the company. All in all, a very positive experience in helping me make an informed purchase.

I was having battery charge problems with my Golden Technologies scooter. I brought the scooter and the battery and charger into the store to see if they could help me. Alex spent much of the day working with Golden tech support, and helped me coordinate to get a new controller board installed. My scooter is now up and running, ready just in time for me to take on my flight to Miami. Thank you Alex!
Bad service. I requested a battery replacement because it was damaged during shipping. More than 3 weeks ago, I followed up with the mobile phone and went to the showroom More than once they promised me a solution within three days, and nothing has happened yet.
