When you do a tour look deeply in the apartment remove the outlets in the units, ask about the last pest control update ask to see paperwork. Heavy Infestation and bad customer service!! Do not I repeat do not move your love one to this building. My loved one moved here and it’s been hell. They have bed bugs; roaches and mice issues. You bring it to management she tells you she on top of it but she not. She going to tell you they don’t handle mice issue. That’s a personal issue that you have to handle, but the building is invested with them it’s not the residents. This review is regarding the current apartment management (May 2025) at The Gardens at Renaissance Place (3117 Thomas St., St. Louis, Mo.). On several occasions when I have called to have an issue addressed, the apartment manager gets very defensive in our conversations. In all my years communicating with apartment managers, I have never encountered this situation.
