My mom is 67, but has a clear mind. The nursing home not only keeps my mom in diapers as long as 17 hours, she was sent their because she broke her hip and they just tried to force her home yesterday despite her inability to stand. My mom wasn't bathed for almost 3 weeks, and Omar Madrigal took my call, and while doing intake he said "OK Karen." Highly unprofessional.
