After reading several reviews and hearing people's opinions about Maplewood home care, it seems that the general consensus is that the staff are kind and helpful. However, I have personally experienced a different side to their behavior. While they may speak nicely and be helpful over the phone, I have noticed that when I visit their office, they do not even bother to greet me or say goodbye after I leave. Employees of Maplewood have been so helpful and caring about the services being provided to their clients, timely and efficient as well.
The staff is so kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. Aside from the app not always working smoothly, making documentation harder than it needs to be, the team is great, friendly and supportive.
