They are often out of the things I need. When pressed about a new reusable filter their manager told me to wash it under some water. I doubt that this is an approved method. Now I keep getting sick and am very untrusting of the equipment they say I need. I can't wait to be done with them. If you buy their machine you are stuck with them for five years.
