They pick the best, train the best, and reward nicely for the comment to seniors. It's all about the great care given to the clients. Love working for this company.
This health care has cut picking up grocery's for clients this cut in service's is an extreme hardship for those confined to wheel chairs and no significant other to help. In the winter this loss of service is even more of a hardship. The policy change shoud not be forced on those in wheelchairs. Bad management. the aide do a great job.
