I had this agency help me in my home for 7 months. I found the caregivers received very little training and were unsure of their dutites. I also found the office staff to be uncaring and very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this agency to anyone.

After contacting several home care agencies, the owner Tina was the first to get back to me. We met and she explained her personal motivation for providing her service. Then she explained what she could do for me and my mother. Since then Senior HomeCare of Tucson has been wonderful. The helpers assigned to us are, well-very helpful. And good people. The office is professional, yet personable. It's also very flexible with our changing care needs. 6 Stars?

My brother and I could not have asked for better support and caring of the owner and staff from Senior Home Care of Tucson for our Mother. This November our Mother was diagnosed with progressive Stage 4 lung cancer that spread through her entire body. The owner of Senior Home Care of Tucson came to meet with us, and she was very detailed about their process and how they work with outside hospice companies, so the care is consistent between them. Unfortunately, the first hospice after a week did not seem to really be in tune ... read more
