My first introduction of the company was terrible. The receptionist responsible for intake information and answering question came off very rude with assumptions and assigned me generalizations about my situation even though I gave clarifying information about my needs. I was unheard. When I asked for further information be emailed to me, I received nothing. In a time when the world is crazy and my family is in dire need of support and compassion I did not find it in this space and it is very disheartening as a caregiver!

I've been working for senior helpers for a couple months now. I would recommend senior helpers. to anyone. When you open the door you could feel love and family. They really take care of their clients and their employees. James and Kevin is awesome to work for. I enjoy every day when I wake up to go to work for them. If anyone need care for their loved ones senior helpers is the place to come.
