Senior helpers listened to the my needs and assigned an aide that more than met those needs. They stayed in regular contact to make sure all our needs were being met and that the assigned aide was compatible with those needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone considering a live in aide.
The staff is very friendly and well trained. The community is located on the campus of Penn-Medicine which is a great location. I would highly recommend.
