Unfortunately we had a really disappointing experience with this service. My mother in law is recovering from hip surgery and we thought this would be helpful. The salesperson presented us with a long list of light housework items they would help with and said that they would drive her places. We needed help around the house and driving as we live too far away to be there everyday. It was a different aide each day. Most refused to do housework. They refused to drive her to mass. This company is very responsive and works well with the family of the person in their care. The caregivers are compassionate and respond well to input from the family. I would highly recommend this company for caregiving needs.

A lady called me regarding an application I have submitted. Did not catch her name. I advised her I have experience, and due to my experience I would have additional questions to be sure it is a good fit for both she and I, BEFORE I GET A TB TEST DONE. When I started to ask my questions she started becoming argumentative stating "if you have experience you shouldn't be asking these questions, you're obviously confused".
