The office staff @ senior helpers are amazing. They are always available for any & all of ur concerns. My brother in law has had different care givers over the years ,they have all been lovely, kind & helpful. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone in need.
The orientation was very helpful and informative. I feel it really refreshed my skills and prepared me for my role as a caregiver.
They are responsive to the needs of the client and they do follow-ups and check-ins to make sure the client is satisfied. We have had the same person caring for my husband for about 9 months and he is fabulous...meets my husband where he is with his needs but allows a safe amount of independence. He is engaging and supportive.
