I have been at Senior Helpers ECI for almost 10 months as a scheduling coordinator and I have nothing but the BEST to say. I have been working here since 4-13-26 and from the moment I put in my application, I have always had communication. I was so excited to receive my offer letter. My training has been very successful. Setting me up for success is an understatement. My trainers went above and beyond to make sure I understood every detail. They truly care about every aspect. I fit right in . It’s like I belonged here the whole time. I’m so pleased with senior helpers.

I couldn't be more pleased with the home I have found here at Senior Helpers. Our office staff is top-tier, our Caregivers are amazing and our clients...we work with some of the best humans! I love that our highest client population are Veterans. As a military wife, that is so important to me that we do take care of those that have taken care of us!

A lady in the office name Rachel was very unprofessional when I asked for her boss she started cussing at me an said I didn't know what im talking about.
