Riley was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her work ethic, professionalism, and dedication were evident from start to finish. Her ability to organize, communicate, and lead a large group of people was instrumental in the success of our event. She demonstrated outstanding collaboration skills and a clear commitment to making sure every detail was executed flawlessly. As a vendor collaborating with Senior Helpers of Central Iowa, I’ve had a fantastic experience that reflects their commitment to quality care and community support. The team is professional, responsive, and seems genuinely passionate about improving the lives of seniors in the region. We have really enjoyed working with Alex, the Director Of Operations for central Iowa. Overall, partnering with Senior Helpers of Central Iowa has been a rewarding experience. I highly recommend Senior Helpers for their care when I needed home health care. My principal nurse, Crystil, listened to my concerns, shared my progress and was so compassionate. The office was also competent.

I chose to write this feedback only after seeing current feedback (to a large degree) written by employees and not consumers. My experience, with their care for my 97 year old Dad (who was 95-96 at the time) was poor and we replaced Senior Helpers with another company who has been outstanding! Some Senior Helpers Caregivers were wonderful. Others were poor. Administration was terrible. Our billing was wrong much of the time. I corrected it, each time, and they accepted my calculations. We've had Senior Helpers for a few months now and cannot say enough good things! My parents are in their 80's and have various health and memory issues. At this point, moving them to a facility is not an option so, having senior helpers in the home gives both my parents and us a sense of comfort knowing a competent caring person is there for them when we can't be. Thanks, Senior Helpers!
