I have worked with Mark Friedman and Senior Helpers for several years as the Executive Director of a senior retirement community. Mark has alway been a great resource and is very knowledgeable about home care services for seniors and client needs. Horrible experience. Used senior helpers last year. Was stood up almost every shift or cancelled on last minute. Spoke to owner who could have cared less and did nothing to make it right. Low standards - do not trust to care for your loved ones
