Home Health aide was a no show 2 Fridays in a row. Still waiting for an explanation and/or a call back from Don from 4 days ago. Very disappointed in this company's service and lack of communication with us. Would not recommend using this company.
Mother in-law filled out the online form... they did not contact her. I called them... twice at different phone numbers I found trying to get the local office. Explained the situation, gave them her information, and Asked them to call her, ... No one has contacted us. Pretty sure this goes to a call center that is supposed to relay to the franchise locations. Looking elsewhere.
