Office staff arrogant and unprofessional Communication is really bad. Would not recommend to others caregivers lacked experience and were unprofessional. It appeared that office staff were fickle.
Highly recommend Senior Helpers. They are very professional and caring and go above and beyond to meet your needs.

I wouldn't give this company any stars there is only one because i have to put one on there to submit, i used to work for the company in 2010 and i recently started looking for a new job and i put them on my work experience, and so the company i applied for called them to verify and there is no record of me ever working for this company. i am very disappointed on how they treat the employees never checking on them, then "loosing" records of employees is very careless.
As a nurse, I've worked with Senior Helpers in two premier facilities over several years. I found them always to be responsive to the individual needs of our residents, and they were excellent at communicating with me and the families as well. I was always able to reach a live person if any issues were to arise. I know that if the residents could use the internet, they would have high praise for Senior Helpers's service as well!
They address all of the calls and they come on emergency calls.
Senior Helpers has done a fantastic job for our family! They knew just what to do to get my parents to accept help. My father has dementia I my mother felt that she should be doing everything and was really wearing herself out. We asked Senior Helpers to come over and try to get Mom to accept that she did not have to do everything alone and it worked! We were getting more worried about Mom then Dad.
