I like everything about your services from quick responses with questions and contacts, to informative responses, friendly, helpful interactions and the ability to determine and meet our needs. My dad was skeptical about having the helpers, but has mentioned the many ways they have helped him with various things he needs. He also is noticeably happier now compared to before we began services.

Terrible workplace. Employees are often expected to travel far to cover shifts without any gas reimbursement. What's frustrating is that management will offer additional pay to other people to take those same shifts, but not to the employee they first asked. Overall, the environment feels unfair and unappreciative.
